Summary

Torrance County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified parties to upgrade and program handheld portable radios and mobile radios, and base stations to be compatible with the State DTRS System. This includes 7/800 MHz, P25 Phase II Trunking, and P25 Link Layer Authentication.

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein.
