Initial 3-year rental/subscription term with automatic renewal for successive 12-month periods unless either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice before the end of the initial or any extended term. Agreement contains an annual appropriation clause permitting termination at fiscal year end with 90 days’ notice for lack of funding, and a right-of-first-refusal requiring notice to Turf Tank before entering third-party field painting agreements during the term and for two years thereafter.
