Renewal

After the Initial Rental Term, the agreement automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice of non-renewal; at end of term, customer may renew for an additional three years at the current rate or allow automatic 12-month renewal. Agreement contains an annual appropriation clause permitting termination for lack of funding and a right-of-first-refusal in favor of Turf Tank for field painting equipment and services during the term and for two years thereafter.
