Town, County Amend Sidewalk Project Agreement

CONSTRUCTION

Original Joint Project Agreement effective upon County execution on June 22, 2023 and continues in full force unless terminated. The First Amendment modifies Section B.1 to specify that the County pays contractor and consultant invoices up front and is reimbursed by the Town per Section C.1; all other provisions remain unchanged. Agreement may be terminated by the Town with 30 days written notice, with the Town responsible for all incurred costs and any FDOT LAP reimbursements.
