Agreement may be renewed, revised, or modified by written amendment for two additional one-year terms beyond June 30, 2028, up to a maximum of five years, after which a new agreement must be executed. The district may terminate with 30 days’ written notice and may reduce scope or cancel if legislative appropriations are insufficient.
