Ten (10) years from the effective date of this Renewal Certificate

This action renews the municipal cable television franchise for a ten-year period from the effective date of the Renewal Certificate, following expiration of the prior certificate on December 2, 2023. PEG grant payments are structured as a $15,000 initial payment within 60 days of the effective date and five annual $10,000 payments in years two through six upon written request, and Cablevision is relieved of additional PEG payments if it converts to a system-wide franchise under N.J.S.A. 48:5A-25.1(a).
