Montgomery County ESC Awards Technology Contract to Red Rover Technologies Llc (August 2026)

Initial subscription year July–June; first billed subscription term 07-01-2027 to 06-30-2028, with optional renewals each July 1 thereafter

Initial Order Term runs from the Order start date to the next July 1, then renews automatically each July 1 for one-year Renewal Order Terms unless MCESC gives written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before July 1. Future annual subscription years shown in the billing schedule (2028–2031) are optional and only apply if MCESC elects to renew; Red Rover may increase renewal fees annually by up to 5% or the CPI-U change, whichever is greater. MCESC may terminate for non-appropriation of funds under Ohio law, and public-entity non-appropriation termination relieves it of future payment obligations under terminated Orders.
