Effective upon execution; initial term through September 1 of the fifth year following the Effective Date, with automatic one-year renewals unless 90 days’ written notice of non-renewal

Initial term runs until September 1 of the fifth year following the Effective Date, after which the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party gives at least 90 days’ prior written notice of non-renewal. The District may terminate during the initial term or any extension for unsatisfactory performance after a 30‑day cure period and 30‑day termination notice; the Firm continues collections for up to six months post-termination on previously referred matters.
