Hidalgo County, Sullivan approve HUD cooperation pact

Hidalgo County and the City of Sullivan entered into a multi-year cooperation agreement for participation in HUD’s Urban County Program, covering CDBG, HOME, and ESG-funded community development and housing activities for FY 2027–2029. The County is authorized to include the City’s population in its entitlement grant applications, manage program income, and implement projects under annually executed subrecipient agreements.
