Hidalgo County, San Juan enter HUD cooperation pact

Hidalgo County entered into a Cooperation Agreement with the City of San Juan to include the City in the County’s Urban County application for HUD CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds for Federal Fiscal Years 2027–2029. The County is authorized to implement grant-funded community development and housing activities and manage related program income under an automatically renewing three-year term.
