City Council moved forward Bill 260527 to authorize a Service Agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority to finance acquisition of 400 North Broad and 1501 Callowhill, used as the City’s police headquarters. The Authority will issue bonds to fund the purchase, and the City will commit to Service Fee payments under the agreement.
