Ordinance Authorizes Financing Agreement With Municipal Authority

City Council’s Committee on Finance is considering an ordinance to authorize a Service Agreement between the City of Philadelphia and The Philadelphia Municipal Authority to finance or refinance the acquisition of 400 North Broad Street and 1501 Callowhill Street for police headquarters and related uses.
