July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 initial term, with automatic one-year renewals unless terminated with 90 days’ notice

Initial one-year term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, automatically extending for consecutive one-year periods unless either party gives 90 days’ prior written notice of termination. During any holdover period, annual fees, minimums, and maximums are applied pro rata, and Acrisure may increase fees with 180 days’ written notice. Runoff claim handling after termination is available at prevailing per-claim rates by separate election.
