Bridge Term: 1 month; Minimum Term: 36 months starting the first day of the month following the Effective Date; automatic 12-month renewal terms thereafter

Initial bridge term of 1 month followed by a 36‑month minimum term with defined monthly charges and 5% annual increases for Years 2 and 3. After the Minimum Term, the subscription automatically renews for successive 12‑month periods unless either party provides at least 30 days’ prior written notice of nonrenewal; an Addendum allows termination for convenience any time after the first 12 months of the Minimum Term or any Renewal Term with 30 days’ written notice.
