Hermosa Beach staff recommends endorsing an annual rate adjustment to the maximum solid waste service rates under the city’s existing agreement with Arakelian Enterprises, Inc. DBA Athens Services, effective July 1, 2026. The adjustment will not exceed the attached rate schedule and requires Council approval by resolution.
