Hermosa Beach staff recommends endorsing Arakelian Enterprises, Inc. (DBA Athens Services) 2026 annual rate adjustment under the City’s integrated solid waste management agreement. The proposed change would raise residential and commercial solid waste maximum rates by 5% for the July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 rate year, consistent with the contract’s Trash CPI plus 1% formula.
