The Assembly will consider Resolution 4045 to amend an existing ADEC Clean Water Nonpoint Source State Revolving Fund loan, adding up to $18,015,000 for the HESCO Barrier Project and bringing the total loan to $25,845,000 with 50% loan forgiveness. The additional funding will support continued fortification and repair of flood protection barriers and riverbank armoring.
