One school year (August 1 – July 31) with annual renewals required

Agreement term is one school year (August 1 – July 31) and must be affirmatively renewed by the customer each following school year; Pearson does not automatically renew subscriptions and may change subscription fees at the end of each subscription year upon notice. If the customer chooses not to renew, Pearson may terminate access, and student data access may be available for up to 90 days (or up to three months for escrow services) after termination, with possible charges for data retrieval.
