LICENSE

One (1) school year, August 1 to July 31, with automatic renewal for subsequent school years

Agreement term is one school year (August 1–July 31) and will automatically renew for subsequent school years unless either party cancels with thirty days’ written notice; all fees for the then-current term become immediately due upon cancellation. Pearson may modify fees with reasonable notice, and data export/escrow is available during the term and for three months following termination, after which data may be destroyed.
