The WPCA has proposed an agreement with Belltown 30 LLC under which it would waive a $10,000 assessment and a $7,000 connection fee and fund septic abandonment and sewer connection in exchange for a sewer easement for 30 Long Crossing and 201 West High Street. The proposal also includes fence replacement, tree removal, shed relocation, and site restoration.
