The East Hampton WPCA entered into a Developer’s Permit Agreement with Belltown 30, LLC to construct gravity sewers and a public water system serving 30 Long Crossing and related parcels. The developer will fund construction, deposit $15,000 for WPCA construction observation, and comply with outlet and sewer use charge requirements under WPCA and state regulations.
