Initial term is one (1) year from July 1, 2026 with automatic renewal for successive one-year periods unless either party notifies the other prior to the end of the then-current term of its desire not to renew. Either party may terminate with at least 45 days’ written notice; if Facility fails to provide such notice, it must pay an amount equal to four weeks of services based on average or anticipated weekly gross billings for all Therapists.
