Initial term is one year from July 1, 2026, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party gives notice prior to the end of the then-current term. Either party may terminate at any time with at least 45 days’ written notice; if Facility fails to give such notice, it must pay four weeks of services based on average or anticipated weekly gross billings. Non-solicitation of Therapists applies for 12 months after termination, with buyout option at 40% of Therapist’s offered gross annual salary for direct hire.
