The City of Washington approved a three-year Fairgrounds Operating Agreement with the Washington Chamber of Commerce, d/b/a Washington Town & Country Fair, for use of the Fairgrounds from July 5 through August 31 each year. The Chamber will pay $20,000 annually plus 10% of net Fair profits over $200,000 and assume costs for utilities and police services during the Fair.
