As part of the proposed Kansas City Current stadium expansion project, the City Manager is authorized to negotiate and enter into a lease or exclusive license agreement with Ballard Development, LLC or an affiliate for the levee promenade, Lydia pumpstation, and cafe zones. This arrangement will govern private use and activation of key public waterfront areas linked to the project.
