The Santa Clara County Housing Authority approved participation by the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation in providing a permanent loan of up to $8 million for The Willows Apartments, to be delivered through Wells Fargo Bank as seller or servicer. The Authority authorized required guarantees and documentation to support conversion or repayment of the construction financing.
