Description
Austin Financial Services recommends a construction contract with Joe Bland Construction LLC for the Colony Park - Austin Energy Work Order No. 663280 project, in an amount not to exceed $3,505,609 including contingency. The 180-day project will relocate aerial telecommunications infrastructure underground and install 1,800 linear feet of utility duct bank to increase electrical capacity for the Colony Park Sustainable Community.
