The City of Austin is entering into a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association to provide paying agent, transfer agent, and bond registration services for its Water and Wastewater System Bonds, Series 2026B. The agreement, dated July 15, 2026, includes a fee schedule for services and standard reimbursement and indemnification provisions.
