The Port of Seattle’s Resolution No. 3849 authorizes engaging U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, or another selected firm, as escrow agent for the defeasance and refunding of outstanding intermediate lien bonds. The Escrow Agent will hold and administer refunding proceeds and government obligations under an Escrow Agreement.
