Initial Term runs from July 2027 through June 2029 EDC billing cycles. After the Initial Term, the contract automatically renews on a month-to-month Secondary Term at a Renewal Variable Price based on market and cost factors. Either party may cancel any automatic renewal by providing written notice at least 30 days before the automatic renewal date, which is the first calendar day of the month at the end of the applicable Term.
