Easton Area SD Awards Utilities Contract to Interstate Gas Supply Llc (July 2026)

Fixed Price of $5.79 per MCF for all gas delivered to the Burnertip throughout the Initial Term

Initial Term beginning with the July 2026 NGDC billing cycle through the June 2028 NGDC billing cycle; month-to-month Secondary Term thereafter upon automatic renewal

Upon expiration of the Initial Term after the June 2028 NGDC billing cycle, the contract automatically renews on a month-to-month basis as Secondary Terms at a variable index-based price plus transportation, shrink/fuel, Btu conversion, pooling fees, and a service fee. Either party may cancel any automatic renewal by delivering written notice at least 30 days before the automatic renewal date, which is the first calendar day of the month at the end of the applicable term.
