Mountain Recreation staff have recommended terminating the Investment Grade Audit contract with Energy Systems Group after the firm delivered 60% findings and a $4.94 million package of proposed energy projects for the Gypsum Recreation Center and Edwards Fieldhouse. The District plans to pursue the identified capital improvements using internal staff and Town of Gypsum engineers instead of entering into a construction agreement with ESG.
