July 11, 2026 – July 10, 2031, with two (2) additional one-year renewal options and a possible automatic extension up to six months

Initial term from July 11, 2026 through July 10, 2031, with two (2) optional one‑year renewal periods at the School Board’s discretion via written notice at least 60 days before the July 10, 2031 expiration. If the Board does not timely renew or the parties cannot finalize a new agreement after any Additional Term, the agreement automatically extends under the same terms for up to six (6) months past the Expiration Date or until a new agreement takes effect, whichever is earlier. Annual funding is subject to non‑appropriation provisions.
