July 27, 2026 – July 26, 2029, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewal periods and an automatic extension up to six (6) months if not otherwise renewed

Initial term from July 27, 2026 through July 26, 2029 with two optional one-year renewal periods at the School Board’s sole discretion upon 60 days’ written notice before the expiration date. If renewals are not timely exercised and no new agreement is executed, the agreement automatically extends under the same terms for up to six months from the expiration date or until a new agreement becomes effective, whichever occurs first.
