The City Council will consider approving a Disposition and Development Agreement with Montebello Housing Development Corporation to develop approximately 0.15 acres of City-owned surplus land, known as Site 6, into affordable housing. The action also authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement and future amendments or extensions needed to complete the project.
