The City of San Bernardino is considering a Disposition and Development Agreement with Montebello Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) to develop approximately 0.15 acres of city-owned surplus land (Site 6) into affordable housing. The City Manager would be authorized to execute the agreement and related amendments to complete the transaction.
