The Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and local municipalities entered into an Amended and Restated Contra Costa Clean Water Program Agreement effective July 1, 2026. The District will administer program contracts and cost sharing to meet Municipal Regional NPDES Permit requirements through at least June 30, 2041.
