The City of Lafayette approved joining the Amended and Restated Contra Costa Clean Water Program Agreement with the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for coordinated stormwater NPDES compliance from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2041. Annual program costs will be allocated by population under a standardized cost-sharing formula.
