The Board of Finance is recommending that the City Council approve a minor contract amendment with Engelberth Construction Inc. to increase the Project NEXT North Concourse Replacement construction contract from $61.54 million to a maximum of $64 million. Change Order No. 7 adds $4.31 million in scope for terminal renovations, mechanical and electrical changes, and airfield apron work while keeping the 983-day contract duration unchanged.
