Initial Term from September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028; after the Initial Term, the Agreement automatically renews for additional 2-year Renewal Terms unless either party gives written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term. Pricing for annual subscription fees increases 0.00% on July 1, 2027 and 4.00% on each July 1 thereafter, and if the district’s affiliation with New Jersey School Boards Association ends, subsequent renewal term fees will be billed at Diligent’s then-current rates.
