The agreement will automatically renew for successive 2-year renewal terms unless either party gives written non-renewal notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term. Pricing increase is 0% effective July 1, 2027 and 4% effective every July 1 thereafter, with future subscription fees invoiced annually in advance according to fiscal-year billing requirements.
