The City of Monroe will enter into Interlocal Agreement 2026-043 with Snohomish County for Monroe Police Department to provide traffic control during the 2026 Evergreen State Fair from August 27 to September 7, 2026. Snohomish County will reimburse overtime salary costs up to $75,000, with authority to increase the contract total to $80,000 if additional services are requested.
