Amendment #2 extends the original agreement duration through January 1, 2029 and replaces existing conditions; if the project extends beyond January 1, 2029 due to OSPI funding delays and the Owner wishes to continue CM services, the Owner and CM will negotiate compensation for staff required to continue services beyond that date.
