Commencement date is the date of the agreement through April 1, 2028

Duration of basic services runs through April 1, 2028 and may be extended or otherwise modified by written amendment executed by both parties under Article 6. Contract extension services beyond that date will be negotiated on mutually agreeable terms. Additional services, including HVAC commissioning, are compensated separately as outlined in Exhibit A and may be added by amendment.
