Description

Oregon Housing & Community Services is recommending an additional $3.3 million in CDBG-Disaster Recovery funds for the Green Family Housing project in Roseburg sponsored by Adapt Integrated Health Care and DCM Communities LLC. With prior approvals of PSH capital and 9% LIHTC, total OHCS support will reach approximately $16.5 million to develop 53 deeply affordable and Permanent Supportive Housing units under a 60‑year affordability term.
