DCM Communities LLC, co-sponsor of the Green Family Housing development in Roseburg, is slated to receive an expanded OHCS capital package combining PSH Development Capital, 9% LIHTC, and $3.3 million in CDBG-Disaster Recovery funds. The financing will support 53 units of long‑term affordable and supportive housing reserved for chronically homeless and wildfire survivor households.
