Garner Extends Wake Nondiscrimination Enforcement Agreement

The Town of Garner ratified a Third Amendment to its interlocal agreement with Wake County for enforcement of the Wake County Nondiscrimination Ordinance, extending the term through June 30, 2027 with no cost to the Town. Wake County continues to cover all enforcement and conciliation program expenses while Garner retains a 30‑day termination option.
