Garner Extends Wake County Animal Center Agreement

The Town of Garner plans to approve the First Amendment to its interlocal agreement for Animal Control Services and municipal use of the Wake County Animal Center, extending the agreement through December 31, 2026. The Mayor would be authorized to execute the amendment under Resolution (2026) 2709.
