Description

Phoenix continues its wholesale water supply arrangement with Medford Water Commission, which raised partner city rates effective March 1, 2026. In response, Phoenix adopted Resolution 1164 to increase its retail water rates by 4% effective July 1, 2026 to address an estimated $90,000 funding gap.
