The Town of Oakfield Board approved a consent for Hecate Energy Cider Solar LLC’s tax equity financing transaction under the existing Host Community Benefit Agreement. The Supervisor is authorized to execute the Tax Equity Consent Agreement, allowing transfer of beneficial interests while maintaining Greenbacker’s control of the project.
